    Ryan uses bed liner on his sliders, I just used flat back for metal etching. Next time I will hit with satin black....looks a lot better IMHO

    parts and stuff
    i used rustoleum bedliner from home depot on my sliders, and front skid plate. if i had to paint any bumper or more skid plates, i would use the same stuff.

    u know everything i have read about fiberglass fenders is they whole up better to abuse on trails better than the sheetmetal, plus if i was long travel, rocks and shit like that probably wouldnt be what i was worried about

    How was the application? I bought some rust oleum spray paint and although user error is indeed in play, I'm trying to make it look more uniform.

    I'm really trying to put it on the truck tomorrow, but don't want it to look like shit. Crutch and quoted $125 to spray it and I think that's on the rediculous side

    the bedliner is kinda hard to fuck up. i bought one of those handle sprayers that attach to the rattle can. for bedliner it makes it alot easier to use since its thick. really the best way to make it uniform, is alot of light coats until its fully covered to your satisfaction. with the bedliner, just make sure that the primer gets covered completely

    To the guys wanting to rattle can bedliner, put your UN-used cans in a bucket of warm/hotish water for about ten minutes. Your spray constancy with be much finer, as opposed to big black snot rockets. Just my .02 worth.

    used the same stuff when i repainted that bed rack i got from burg. turned out awesome! like he said, pretty had to fuck up. i got one of those spray handles too, and it does make it easier. the one i found wasnt as nice as the one you have though.

    Well, another snag in the bumper process...I didn't get the mounting brackets or lower valence in my order....Really hoping they'll overnight them because I'm leaving on Tuesday for work/wheeling down in GA. On a side note, I did get the King springs swapped over to the Icons so the Icon springs are available. I'll have to look to see who asked for them first but looking to get 160.
