I have a '12 AC and my rears do not fit properly...particularly the front portion of them where they rub/bump under the back of the front seats.

Same, happy. I also purchased the 2011 weathertecs because 2012's weren't available yet. The floor anchors for the fronts didn't matter to me, the mats / liners stay put fine without the anchors.

Do you have the open console on the rear seat? That may be your issue. Weathertech has a new number on the Acc cab trucks to accomodate a change in that console for 2012.

You don't have any issues with the front passenger fit, or rear mats when the seats are all the way back?

My passenger side liner doesn't fit right. It rides up and over the door sill when locked in.

Also the back sticks up to high and the front seat rail hits it.
