Did you get it diagnosed by a doctor? 'Cause you don't want herpes zoster around your eye, it can lead to blindness. If you didn't get a prescription for and antiviral (valacyclovir / acyclovir), do this immediately.

Yeah I went to the ER last night after work. They gave me Valtrax:eek: and Codene for the pain. My mother in-law passed three weeks ago, we made a four day road trip form Orlando to LV. Next day I went to the gym and then to work. My body has been running on empty emotionally, mentally, and physically. Because my immune system was so weak this flared up. Not much else I can do. I am seeing a opthomoligist tomorrow morning. He said there is really not much he can do and the Valtrax is the best bet.

Perfect, Valtrex is valacyclovir, just what you need. Herpes zoster is how chicken pox presents later in life, usually in the elderly when the immune system becomes weakened. But it makes sense with all the shit going down in your life that it would present now. Once you start the antiviral, the virus will stop replicating and it stops spreading. Just take the Valtrex till it's gone and try to take your doses on time.

    I'm trying! haha

    here's my plan for today

m1- 2 eggs on toast with cheese and ketchup - protein, carbs and sugars should prep me for the gym.

    poop

kaizen pre-workout then hit the gym

    m2- protein shake

m3- turkey sandwich with an apple or banana

    m4- tuna sandwich

m5 salmon fillet, mashed red potatoes

    m6 protein shake

I could if I ate first thing in the morning, or if I train later which I could do as well, should I?

it's only 2 shakes, is that a lot? 1 is after the gym of course, the shake at night is because I won't be all that hungry, but trying to keep my protein up to ensure muscle recovery.

The whole shake after the gym is a myth my man.
I think u need more carbs pre gym...oats, pb, egg whites. There ya go.

I wouldn't have more than 2 max if possible. The last one being b4 bed

sounds good, I'll add some pb and oats before the gym, that won't fill me up too much before the gym either. A myth you say, ok. I find it the easiest thing to get down post gym. What do you mean by it's a myth anyways?

I'm 5'8 152ish so no, not very big, I've spent the last while working on eating very clean, and losing fat. I was 168 at my heaviest, but that was a lot of fat not much muscle.
