    LS1-T56 swap, Z06 ported heads, cam, Titanium valves, Kevlar clutch. Now building a forged stroker (383) and all the ponies! Old setup was rod-knockin on heaven's door...
    So I guess it did clear the bellhousing...never tried pulling the trans like that so I wasnt sure..glad it worked out for you.

    I would also recommend changing the fluid and filter at about 1000 miles to get all the crap out of the system. The fluid is really cheap and the filter isnt that bad either, just cheap insurance..

    Plus drain and refill the trans on every engine oil change since your only getting some of the fluid anyway.
