    Sitting on over 1 acre, 3 bedroom?

    That house would rent for well over $2000 in some parts of California simply because of the amount of land.
    Transplant the "outhouse" to a 100x100ft lot and it would still be $1200 or more.

    (renting) $725 bucks will not get you a 1.18 acre 3 bedroom home here in socal :p
    will get you a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. :laugh:
