Anyone into R/C?

Have never seen it before on 2WD. What companies are doing this at this time?

 

Is this more of a short course thing? I just can't see it on a stadium truck or a 1/10 scale buggy.

 

i think the 22t is hex, the new durango and traxxas

not sure about kyosho...

 

The Durango 2wd buggy don't "appear" to use hex on the front, not sure on the ST, not much info on it yet, Losi list front and rear wheels on there site for the 22T.

On the 22T maybe the offset is different between front and back like traxxas Rustler, but from pics I've seen on the web they appear to have hex on front

 

durango's new stadium truck uses even larger hexes (15mm) than the ones on mine (12mm)

Yep, so does the Koyosho stuff (use them). Just seems that set up would put even more leverage on the bearings, but those engineers are smarter than I. That Durango ST looks good, but there manuals suck balls.

 

So, just the offset is different is the reason for front and rears to be listed?

 

i wouldnt know what to do with all the damn tuning options on that durango lol. but it sure looks bad ass. I really like that body on there, I'll probably pick one up when it's for sale on it's own.

Yeah, the wheels I seen listed for front/rear were for the older ST from Losi, so they may be the same offset even.

 

There stuff is top notch, just helped a buddy finish up a DEX410v3, and it was aggravating, instruction wise, and your correct I'd love to have one of those bodies, most all ST bodies blow IMO. Your body don't look bad at all, I hate the bulldog and punisher/finisher line of bodies on any models.

XTM Rage..searched around but they seem to be discontinued totally.

They've been sitting around..blue one needs a charger and thats it...red one needs a little work
