Ordering from Wheelers Offroad

For those that have ordered from these guys before, is it normal for credit card orders, on in stock items to not ship out for a few days?

I ordered 2.5" Camburg coilovers and blocks this Tuesady night and have not recieved a UPS tracking order yet. I was going to call them but they are closed Fridays. I called Camburg since the coilovers are being shipped dircetly from them but the guy I talked to at Camburg said he couldn't find the order from wheelers. The blocks are in stock at the wheelers warehouse.

i ordered on monday and my stuff came in yesterday, installing on sunday

wheelers was great to handle with

 

I have heard nothing but good things about them but I just REALLY need a tracking number because I need to go into work late so I can be home to sign for it. Now I'm sitting here at home waiting to see if either thing shows up today. Normally it's not a big deal but I'm afraid if my neighbors sign for it or UPS leaves it at the front door, I will never see them.

Next time I order from them, I'll just give my parents the cash and have them order it since they don't have a life LOL. Kididng. Well sorta

I have always hated ordering things through the mail and always will. I try to avoid mail order whenever possible. If I was working graveyard shift instead of swing shift it wouldn't be a problem.

 

i was just on there site and they were online... i chatted with johny through their chat room. see if their online still and ask them

 

Why not just call them up to find out?

 

There closed on Fridays.

 

Well the blocks just showed up right now. Just gotta find out the status of the coilovers. Pretty quick shipping on those.

 

By the way the lift blocks are really nice. wasn't expecting them to be anodized. Finally got a hold of camburg and they're pretty sure they were shipped yesterday, so hopefully be here monday.

Well gotta go to work.

 

haha yah waiting problems suck! ive been waiting a lil over a month for my rear s-a-w 2.0s and brake lines from wheelers but they told me last fri s-a-w hasnt made them due to "lack of correct" parts so im still waiting but at least i got my add a leaf shipped to me already but persally i blame s-a-w not wheelers for the 1 month+ delivery time

 

+1 i had SAWS on order for about 2 months now, i was fed up with SAW customer service and ended my order with them

 

wow 2 months waiting and nothin that scares me what shocks did you order?

 

i ordered the C/O 2.5 they've been on the floor waiting to be plated for 3 weeks now

 

dang that sucks maybe i should cancle and get some fox 2.o resis in stead and take the saw stickers off my truck haha

 

yeah man Wheelers is great with the customers.... no doubt.

 

yea i was wondering why u had those on when u got the burgs... but again camburg is made by SAW

 

maybe its time for me to take them off haha! and go with fox 2.0 resis from wheelers instead

 

I've been super impressed so far- Waiting to hear about the TC UCAs and my stuff getting shipped...but working with thee to this point has been great.

If I ever get my coilovers I will never buy from these idiots again. Not sure if it's their fault or Camburgs fault but neither of them can get me a tracking number for a order placed last Tuesday. Neither can even find the order/invoice, yet charged me for the coilovers.

If I don't hear back from either of these idiot's today like they keep promising, I'm canceling my order with them. The only places I have orderd from who have their act togther is Summit racing and The Tire Rack. Both have been nice so far but totally useless in resolving a damn thing.

Good way to run a business in a reccesion.

Well I can tell you its not wheelers fault, alot of companies are out of stock due to decreased production.
