Ive got a Alpine MRX-M50 amp that I want to mount under my driver seat but I don't want to use screws, what other ways are there to mount it so it doesn't shake around. It measures L/W/H 10in/9in/2 1/4in

Almost the same amp. I've got the MRP-M500. I took some 1/8" MDF, cut it a little larger than the footprint of the amp. I slid the wood under the carpet, and screwed the amp down with carpet sandwiched in between. The carpet holds it in place, and the wood prevents you from drilling into the floor.

If you are looking for cheap and easy, use a couple of strips of Velcro (hook side) on the bottom of the amp; it isn't bulletproof, but it will definitely keep the amp from sliding around.

I recommend velcro aswell, worked well for my trunk boxes aswell to keep them from sliding

Mine slides around, and overheats. Clarion sucks! I've mounted a few things with industrial strength Velcro I got from walmart
