Never been to Mohawk lake but hanging lake is amazing. Sucks you can't take dogs up there though.

Good night gents. Tomorrow is another day, water under the bridge, and a chance to start anew. With a good nights sleep all differences can be put into perspective and we can be friends again. :)

That's why my golf clubs haven't been out of the bag in years. I can't seem to conform to their rigid schedule constraints. Not only do I have to be there at a certain time but then I gotta deal with some little sissy putting around in a cart telling me to hurry up and stop shanking balls into home windows and shit.... pfft... where's the fun in that?

That's crazy. I wonder if he is just messing with investigators. He's seems like the type that would lead you down some dead end rows given his background. Be interesting to see where this goes.

Wow, I went to see some sprint car races at Knoxville raceway in Iowa today. Those are bad ass vehicles, loud, fast and reminded me of how much I love the smell of burning alcohol.

This place blew up in a bad way while I was gone! I thought I was the new guy and you were all a tight knit group of friends. Here is my quick two cents, not that it is worth anything: shooting in a crowded, riotous theatre would be dangerous and might not be the best choice, but worth a try to stop a maniac from injuring over 60 people. There are no good or easy decisions in a situation like that. If I were an innocent that was shot by an armed civilian OR police officer that was trying to stop a criminal, I would still thank them for their efforts, but would be frustrated by the fact that they got me in addition/instead of the bad guy. Lose-lose if you ask me. Hopefully I don't stoke any flames, I just got caught up with what happened on here and had a bit to say.

Anyway, I would love to go shoot. I have shot for years, but had no real direction or training outside my hunter safety course. Have a .40 and .22 auto handguns and .223 ranch rifle. Would love to join in on a group trip to the grasslands before I have to start teaching again in the fall. If a group is going to an indoor range in Denver I would be down for that too.

No worries man, everyone has an opinion and the only reason I was heated was because a member assumed that I must not know fire arms because I didn't know tactical lights. Also assumed that I didn't know how to make wise decisions because I voiced your same opinion that I didn't think a shot should have been taken in such a crowded environment. If someone had taken him down or law inforcement had, i dont even want to think about how many lives would have been lost at his apartment, because law inforcement wouldnt have known about the explosives. I had been hunting for years and have shot everything from .22 all the way up to 7mm Remington mag for hunting. I appologize to everyone that had to read that debate, I had stated my opinion and then felt like I was attacked for having that opinion, and then it only got worse when assumptions were made.

I do appologize to all the members here, I thought we had a pretty good group and still think so.

Now who went to either the jamboree or to ouray for the summit, I want to see pictures!!!
