    Finally got rain, hopefully it cools down enough to do some fishing this weekend.

    Stickers. Lots of stickers.
    It started out as a charter Boat for 6 but ended up being 4. The other two people on the boat didnt want the fish afterwards so me and my buddy got most of it ! We were only a few miles off shore, we could still see land.

    And that cobia was amazing :p

    caught a 2 and 4 pound jack (northern pike) and 2 pound walleye just this evening.

    Well I am giving some fishing a try today. It is nice out and supposed to hit the 90's but i think I will be alright.

    Any of y'all ever fish lake Lanier in Georgia? I'm goin there in a week and stayin on the lake. I wanna do some bass fishin but I mainly stick to salt water fishin here. Anyone have any tips for bass fishin?

    No fish caught, had a couple on though. Almost hooked a 4" bass on a 7" worm. Caught a bunch of blue gills in the hand net for the kids to check out. The kids had fun with that!!!!

    Got a little trout therapy in yesterday and today with a buddy that just got diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes this passed week. He's been pretty bummed so I had to get him out of the house. I didn't get any pics of fish in hand yesterday but we both caught a few bows. Most stockers but a few wild.

    Today it was all browns. My wife went today and caught her first trout ,on a spin rod, but still a big event. She almost had a pretty decent fish landed but he shook the fly before I could net him.

    I have got to learn how to fly fish this year. Maybe I will take lessons.....

    As I have said it probably a hundred times and I know I just have to make the jump. I have been fishing for 30 years, I need to learn how to fly fish!!!!
