Niagara wkend help

My family and I are looking at a trip to Niagara Falls Ontario for along weekend. Does anyone have any must see attractions or a must see restaurant

 

The US side is actually quite boring. If your looking for something fun go on the Canadian side. The views on Canadian side are much better as well. The underground cave is cool but I've never been on the boats that go real close to the falls even though I always wanted to. No matter what you decide to do I think you'll fun. Just remeber if you go to Canada to pick up a few Cuban cigars!!!

All the big restaurant chains are on Military Rd or Niagara Falls Blvd in NF USA

 

I just visited both sides and they're pretty comparable to each other.

Canadian: Better views, more things to do.

American: Better/cheaper food.

The US side has more walking and more actual views, but the only thing you can really see is the canadian side and all the hotels, haha. They have a cool walkway that juts out over the water, but it's $15/adult. So not really worth it for a 5 minute look. If you're looking to go under the falls through the caves, both sides have the same thing. The US side gets you WAY more wet though. Also, both sides have the Maid of the Mist boat tours.

My suggestion: Spend the day walking around the US side, then head over to the Canadian side for the evening to see the falls illuminated by the coloured lighting. Turns on every evening at dusk.

Ya everyone says the falls are better on the candian side and very cool to see lighted. They also mentioned the fireworks

 

I almost forgot about cigars I have my CG reunion coming up that would be a nice addition
