that's amazing geoff. congrats on your efforts.

i see a lot of starter restaurants that don't see this kind of growth and production in the first 2 years, much less this fast. hope things keep growing for you. seems you've been able to make a quality product that gets high demand. props to you

Thanks for always updating us Geoff! I love reading this thread. Shows a bit of hope for small buisness owners everywhere through a man doing what he loves.

The AFM has some cabinet issues. Plus, it was filthy on the inside. I've cleaned up the inside of the cabinet, fixed the cabinet and gotten all of the lights working again. The BSM was NIB and the RFM owned by someone who took great care of it.

One of my neighbors has almost a dozen pins. Including a MM that's in really good condition. He's pretty good at restorations and has helped me on numerous occasions.

There's a dirt lot out back that usually has room. If not, there are plenty of other spots within a block or two. Small, mountain town where dang near everything is within walking distance.

I'd be glad to....what do you guys wanna know?

Business is GREAT! Breakfast on the weekends is a packed house, can be up to a 45-60 min wait. Everything on the breakfast menu sells good, but people really seem to enjoy the "walking burrito" .......I could sell them ALL DAY LONG.

Lunch is a beast during the week! Everyone seems to come in all at once. The chicken chipotle tacos and the green chile cheese burger are probably the most popular. People really really love the food, some eat with us twice in the same day. We have TONS of regulars, including the chief of police that comes in 3-4 times a week.

$380 has been our slowest day to date....$4300 has been the busiest :D

I have 3 BIG events lined up for August..
Aug 11th Taste of McCall - food for 300 people
    Aug 12th Memorial - 100 people
Aug 24th Wedding Rehearsal Dinner - 80 people

I still have VERY LITTLE help in the kitchen...4 have failed. It's pretty hard to find good help in the kitchen around here. Even though my wifey drives me crazy, she kicks ass! She runs the front end, and deals with the people...and most of the employees.

Our space is great, but we have defiantly out grown it quickly. My lease is for 1 year.....Our eyes are always on the look out for the next location.

Also having the smoke jumpers account is AWESOME!!!!

    :cool:what else u wanna know.....

that's the kind of stuff we wanted to know!

i don't know man, i think i speak for the crowd that you've just gotten us all really drawn into it all and we stay curious/keep cheering for you. . like i said in an earlier post, it's just a very rare thing for me to see starter restaurants pick up business so well and so quick. props to you.

and a new place possibly huh? keep us updated! hahahaha.
