    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Th breaker will trip regardless. It will trip internally. That's perfectly normal. It's a lock-out device.

    Susan, if you turn the breaker off (lift the handle first) then put the handle down. You will see where you can put a lock on it to keep it from being turned on.

    Take a side ways pic so they can see where the lock goes through the hole

    I don't think it has to move to trip. It trips internally and has to be moved to off and then back on to reset. (I think) Might just be there so you don't accidentally shut off?
