The spindles wont make the calipers rub. That is dependent on the rims only. Some procomp rub badly... not sure on others...

Nah its def the spindles. Before i had my maxtraxs i ran 16x8 kmc enduros without any spacers with absolutely no rubbing. When i installed my maxtracs, i wad rubbing very badly on my caliper and i had to throw on some 1.25" spacers i haf lying around. The mounts for the caliper on the spindle must be more outwards than stock.

Hey Guy's.... I'm not sure that 16" wheels came stock on the truck... The issue is if we were off on the caliper mounts then nothing would work. They have to be stock to funtion properly. Make sure on the back spacing and also make sure the wheel weights are not in the way. I have see wheel weights hit depending where they are installed. Back spacing should be 4.5 to 4.75"....Let me know....Thanks

16" or 17" came stock depending whether you got Sr5, Sport, or OffRoad.

I know for a fact that without wheel spacers, stock rims will grind on the calipers with these spindles. someone on here had it happen with his 16inch trd offroad rims. I havent seen anyone else runbthese spindles with stock rims tho.

I was the one with the bad rubbing on the calipers. My wheels backspacing is 4.5 i checked this morning. It was weird because the brake caliper only rubbed on one side of my truck and not the other.

Here is how it sits with the Maxtrac spindles and bilstiens at zero and a one inch block in the rear (new leaf pack soon). My center of the hub to fender measurements are 24 inches in the front and 23 1/4 in the back.

word of advice to anyone who gets a flat tire with these spindles on.............remember the stock spare doesn't fit on the front, stupid me got a flat tire on the front passenger, so i started changing it like normal and once i change the tire on the front i just shook my head because stupid me forgot about the backspacing, so an hour later because of stupidity the spare went on the back and the back that was good went on the front, don't want to deal with that again so wen i bought a new tires i also bought a full size spare

Stock rims will not work with the spindles unless you use spacers but they hit on the neck of the spindle not the caliper... HMMMMMMM

Ill do some measuring today and let you guy's know what I find.... Thanks
