Decided to tint my tail lights since I finally found some Nightshades.

Here is the first picture - Tail lights removed, washed, wet sanded with 600 to remove the scratches I have put in them, washed again, cleaned and degreased.

They are sitting on the tailgate drying out where I got water on the inside.

What exactly does Wet Sand mean? ive read it alot and havent been able to figure it out, is it just a wet cloth scrub or actual wet sandpaper?

Actual sandpaper that is ment to be used wet. The water helps clean the paper to keep it from clogging up.

Finished up the job. A second coat of clear, then wet sanding with 2000 grit, then polishing with rubbing compound. It is too dark for pictures now, but I will get some in the daylight tomorrow.
