Steps that i will be using on mine today!!!
    Provided by Vincent..!

    Todays steps:
sand it down till no more shine in the surround.
    adhesion promoter wait 5 minutes
primer ( light gray ) 2 coats. wait 5 minutes between each coat.
super white first. 3 coats ( wait 5 minutes before each coat)
Spray on a coat of clear. wait 5 minutes
Spray on 2 coats of olympic white wait 5 minutes
then wait at least 25 minutes to dry it out.
sand it with 2000 grit paper.
    buff and wax it.
    shoot clear coat over it
    and youre done.

Just change the steps to which you are gng to use, in your case speedway blue right? just change the steps to where it fits your paint..

BTW where did you get your paint?

^^^^^ I don't think I would put the coat of clear between the coats of
white. But that's just me, I'm not a painter. Here's a link of someone
painting a chrome grille. And I would not wax it before I clear coated
it. You want the clear to stick, not bead up.

I would definitely add the adhesion promoter before the primer.

Its pretty much just what the name is. Its a clear coat that goes over the paint for a nicer shine and some protection.;)

You should be able to get it anywhere. It's very popular. Even places like wal-mart will have it.
