any one else order all pro leafs recently?

I ordered some all pro standard leafs on May 31st, they said they were backorded until the middle of end of July, now it looks like they wont be ready until august, if so that is going on three months!
arggggg! heh heh

Anyone else order some all pro leafs recently? I know its more on the manufacturer than all pro, but waiting 2 to 3 months for leafs is driving me crazy!

I was hoping to finish my lift at the beginning of the summer, since I already had to return my lack luster alcans

 

What was lack luster about the Alcans? I love mine and they get great reviews.

 

problem was they didnt provide any lift. I ordered the alcan leafs from wheelers offroad, which are suppose to lift 1.75 to 2 in. After I installed them I had no lift on the drivers side and 1/8in of lift on the passenger side. I do have a double cab, but it is a short bed and I dont carry any weight in my bed. I contacted wheelers and alcan, both offered me blocks as one of the fixes.... I was a little pissed that after I spent $600 on a replacement leaf set they would offer blocks as a solution. Since they didnt lift any, and the alcan pack is a little thicker than the stock leaf pack, the bumps were closer to the strike plate and I was always hitting the bumps. If they provided an in or so of lift then I think they would have ridden nicely. I pulled the alcans off to return them and put back on my stock leaf pack, and the stock leafs actually ride smoother, I think partially because I am not hitting the bumps as often. The alcans seemed good, but they didnt blow me away. Once I put the stock ones back on I was surprised
