    Yes sir, I can't wait.

She's alive, me and my pops got the trans in today.

Also, if your trans is sloppy like mine was I highly recommend replacing this part. It makes a world of difference, is super cheap and easy to install. I also replaced the shift lever socket with a MC one.

Spoke with the automotive teacher at the tech school I go to. He said he would set up my 3rd's for free sometime around the first of Sept. All I have to do is supply the parts, he's going to pull them and everything. Probably try to have 4.88's and a spool by then, maybe a spartan for the front.

You should do 'em yourself if you have the tools, or see if your teacher will let you use the lab/his garage. The truck isn't your daily driver so it could sit for a week while you get everything right. Gear setups aren't really hard, just very time consuming.

I totally want to do my own gear installs in the future, but it will depend on whether I have a place I can leave my vehicle torn down for several days.

    Things and stuff and such
You should do double shackles if you want to roll your rig. They will unload on sidehills and steep declines, and even under hard braking and are just plain dangerous.

everything we do with these trucks are dangerous, as long as you use them with a little sense you would be fine. Definitely would do it on an every day vehicle, but it does great job for its purpose. I would run them if I hadn't bobd my frame, they work extremely good

    Holy flex batman......

The black hoe is at my mechanics place getting the valves adjusted and a new rear pinion seal. I would do it but I no have the time this week.

If I don't have class when he is doing them I might swing by and see if he'll let me get my hands dirty, If I do have class I may just have to sneak out :spy:

Took the front axle out, installed the the Rough Country leaf springs. Im going to go ahead and rebuild the passenger side hub/wheel bearing while its out. Also going to clean everything up and paint it.

Also, he never got to the valves or pinion seal, I just went a got the truck since I had this weekend off.

    Won't be needing these :D

Finished the front lift, gotta measure to see what length shocks I need. It drives pretty good but the steering wheel is now crooked.
