Hey guys I'm lookin for some wheels for a wheel/tire package after I level my truck. I would like black with a silver (not chrome) beadlock look. Thoughts?

EDIT: Simulated beadlock. Don't need actual beadlocks. Not yet...

Are the trd bead locks silver or chrome? I can't tell in this pic.

They're silver. Yeah they look great. Already checked with the Toyota dealer here. Have to have the VIN from a vehicle that came from the factory with them to order them from the dealer.

    EDIT: And they're STUPID expensive.

That's what I keep hearing. It's rediculous to pay over 1k just for a set of fake beads, not to mention the cash you have to drop to wrap those suckers in rubber...

look good. and no they are not real bead locks. toyota dose not put any true bead locks on any of the trucks or fj or anything. i know some state i’s illegal to run true beadlocks on the street. but it’s not illegal in TN.

I know the ones offered by Toyota aren't beads, but it sounds like these are replicas. I sent the seller 2 questions: If the price was for 1 wheel or 1 set of 4; and if they were true beadlocks or sims. I guess we'll see in a day or two.

I FOUND THEM FOR UNDER $1K.
Also found A LOT of bronze wheels in the same style for slightly cheaper. Might look pretty sick on Indigo Ink. Now it's BLACK vs BRONZE. Thoughts?
    [IMG][IMG]

Both of them are sims as we suspected, but I can always get them converted to true beadlockers later if I ever really need them...
