That looks pretty good with wheel spacers. Are they 1.5" Spidertrax spacers?

And just as an update on the BPV bracket, Jerry refunded my money. Stand up guy! I just hope he can get his plasma table sorted out before selling any more. It's all in tuning the torch then making a fixture or even cutting a brake bracket off a Tacoma axle and using it as a template to make sure every single one fits before it goes out the door. Just my opinion :D What happened was I could get 1 bolt to go through the bracket into the axle bracket but the other one was a bit off making the second bolt go in crooked.

Nice, dood! Yeah, I went with Yukon 4:88s with my 35's because I still wanted to be able to go down the highway/freeway without screaming high RPMs! You're DEF ready for crawling, tho, now! Be sure to "break-in" properly, tho, before doing the long trip. ;) What type of 5:29's you do???

What all did you need to order and how hard was swapping the full front and rear set of gears?

I plan to do some 4.56 and step up to 305/70/16 in the near future.

Nice! Thata boy! Yeah, I even tried driving in 4WD as much as possible on all straights that were 25 mph or slower just so I could get the front to break-in properly (which just made me wanna cringe, but had to do). You'll have to let me know what RPM you're at when going 65 MPH... I think I'm at about 27 hundred. SAY GOODBYE TO GOOD HIGHWAY GAS MILEAGE! :D ha ha Totally worth it, tho! :p

This was all for my 2000 Tacoma from Randy's Ring and Pinion:
    Product Number Price Qty Total
    ----------------------------------------------
    YG TV6-488 $221.53 1 $221.53
    YG T7.5R-488R $228.39 1 $228.39
    YK T7.5-V6-FULL $215.73 1 $215.73
    YK TACOMA-LOC $293.80 1 $293.80
    YY T35040 $51.89 1 $51.89
    ----------------------------------------------
    Subtotal: $1,011.34
    Sales Tax: $0.00
    Shipping: $0.00
    ----------------------------------------------
    TOTAL: $1,011.34

Just be sure to go with the Master Install Kit for both diffs to do it the right way! ;)

The rear is super easy because you pretty much swap out for the new parts! But the front diff is a little bit harder due to having to set the right shim depth... And the only way to know if you did it right is to take it all apart, put in the new parts and pieces, set shim depth, put it all back together and check it out. So I ended up taking apart and putting back together my front diff 8 times before it met the right specs! So be sure you've got time for this project! :p

I had a local guy do the re-gear. He ordered the gears, I got a master install kit for the rear. The project wasn't too difficult, just time consuming because I didn't know what the hell I was doing.

It ended up costing me about $1,160 including the labor and cryo treatment.

In late august or early September I will have enough for some new tires. Been really thinkin about the km2s in a 255/85/16. Ive got bilsteins and will soon have eibachs. How much will I rub. I know I will rub but is it an excessive amount? And how long do these tires usually last?

You will have to cut a little plastic and beat back/grind the pinch weld. They will still rub the frame and wheel well slightly at full stuff. I also rubbed the rear of the rear fender wells when flexing.
