    There's one guy at my gym that yea...he stands out as the weenie doing improper curls with bleached hair, wearing sunglasses inside and zero bicep muscle mass.

    Oh yea definitely you can feel/see like every muscle in your body getting toned haha and running is WAY easy now.

    Skipped kickboxing today and went for 5 mile run in my vibram 5 fingers. Got the cardio in, but not the full body work out like kick boxing does. Not sure how I feel about it.

    it's good to change things up and keep the body guessing...

    but be careful about going straight into running long distances in the vibrams. you can easily give your foot a stress fracture because it's not strong enough to withstand the stress of running without any cushion or support. gradually work up to it and it's good to start running on a track before hitting pavement

    awful. hurts so bad

    and it sucks working at the gym and not being able to do anything. my buddies were doing a killer deadlift/pull up/ rope climb workout we have today and i didn't get to participate... pissed me off so much
