just some food for thought on this, if you don't get the UCA's you will not get the FULL adjustability from the coil overs from what I hear. Regardless, they would definitely do the trick, just wont get the full 3" of lift out of them is all. but in a nut shell then install is like this, jack up front end, take of wheels, I got the UCA's and it made installing the new coil overs much easier with them out of the way. So remove upper control arm, remove stock coilovers(do not losen the center nut on top), install new coilovers, re-install UCA's, re-install wheels, lower truck and enjoy

If you want to adjust the ride height yourself, you need a spring compressor and the icon spanner wrench

more often than not, if you ask for help with this people always seem eager to help out/meet up

 

How hard is it to install the UCA's? I might as well do it all at once.

scratch that then, I haven't needed to adjust them yet just going off what I've been told for that. But I'm going to need to soon when I pick up my expedition leafs sometime next month to level everything out. What is the process for that?

 

for adjusting? just get that side off the ground, loosen set screw, turn nut to make spring compress, put ttruck back on ground, go do other side, drive for a sec to get tires back to where they suppose to be, measure then repeat as necessary. if satisfied, drink beer, get food, go to sleep, go get alignment the next day

I am more than happy to give you a hand. I live in Hampton and have not only done my UCAs by myself along with my Icons, but I have done MANY other lifts on these trucks as well. We can do it at my house if need be. Also, I would recommend getting the UCA with the Icon extended travel as well as the heavier springs (700lbs)

Went to the doc, told me the same thing a doc tells me time i been, man up

34 years old, not going to a doc again unless tbd ambulance has to take me. Only went cause like ten people told me too...arm pain, back pain, wrist pain, same advise every time I've been.

 

my last unit was 2-159th ARB. I also i know a couple from the 82nd and 1-2 ARB
