It's always funny to see their expression. "Sir you cant just do that...we have to make money" and then my dad goes "Son, you can either sell me the truck without your dumb little nitpicky fees or I not buy one at all and go drink beer"

    I love my dad lol

I just purchased my 2012 TSS double cab with entune for 29,500. Sticker was 34,500 if that helps any.

I hate to go along with the crowd here, but you did get 'bent over' a little at the stealership.... you just don't recognize it ... yet.

Here's a great question for you.... If you are financing the truck through Toyota, what is your interest rate??

Lots of haterade being consumed on this forum. I'll post my bill of sale and sticker as soon as someone can back up their tall tales first with hard proof. I still don't believe that anyone got my exact model for "thousands and thousands" less much less saying I got "ripped off". Show me apples to apples. The one credible source on here confirmed I got a deal as he is a salesman. All the rest are delusional or think they know what they're talking about but don't. Don't compare your 2006 access cab manual transmission Taco to this model. It's just not the same.

Apparently everyone on this forum arranged for Toyota to pay them to take a Taco off their lot.

Why are all these haters spending all their time on Tacoma forums then and not buying Tacos for $10,000 under value and reselling them?? Wouldn't that be logical? Oh yah, because they don't know what they're talking about. They're too busy comparing 2002 Corolla prices to the price of my 2012 Taco. Apples to apples gents.

I would have bought (and resold) 10 of these bad boys if I had the hookup these guys did. What am I missing here??

I really don't think that people on this form would lie. I don't need to show anyone any proof of what I paid. If you or anyone doesn't believe me them that's just your bad luck I guess. It's my opinion and I'll say it again, sorry op but you got ripped off. I got me exact model I wanted and I paid 4,500 less then the sticker. No trade it or anything. 4,500 less. And if people on here but believe me then who the hell cares. You can get that much off the price . If can happen.

So if you truly paid $4500 less than sticker (can't really confirm) and I paid roughly $3700 less than sticker, that constitutes "getting ripped off"?? The factors involved in considering local prices depending on where you live could actually mean you got ripped off. Interesting I guess.

Who the hell said anything of us getting ripped off. If you read my post slowly I said that the op got ripped off. I never said me and you got ripped off. And I do have proof of me getting 4,500 off. It's called my damm brain. That's all the proof I ever need

Honestly does any half intelligent person actually walk into a dealership and pay sticker price? Seriously, I know most of the general public probably does but anyone who knows how to play the game certainly will not. To really see if you got a good deal you should share what you paid before taxes, trade-in, down payment etc. as your out the door price has too many variables to say yeah you got a good deal because looking at the numbers it's an ok deal but not one I would run and join a Tacoma forum and try and brag about.
Some dealers want to move inventory while others don't seem as concerned so yes there will always be better deals to be had. Hell, before we recently bought my wifes Acadia we must have visited 4 or 5 dealers before we found one who actually was willing to negotiate and play hardball with me which is the only reason why we ended up getting it as the Acadia is overpriced in my opinion and not worth the numbers they want for them. The sticker on ours was 49,999 and before tax, tags etc I got them down to 39,900 plus 0% financing. I was much more comfortable paying that for a GM product as opposed to what the sticker said. If it weren't for the fact that my wife was hell bent on getting one I would not have tried as hard but Happy Wife, Happy Life! I was hoping to get her in another 4Runner or try and find a reasonably priced used Sequoia.
Now dealing with Toyota dealers is a bit different as they seem to be less reluctant to play hardball but if you push enough and play their game amazing deals can be had. When I bought my Tacoma there was no way I was paying what they wanted for it(sticker price). I literally haggled and broke their balls for over 5 hours and finally got a deal I was happy with and could go home not feeling like I was taken out back and bent over. I think they still get nervous when they see me roaming the showroom hoping probably hoping they don't have to deal with me again...:D

You're missing the fact that it sucks finding out after the fact that you could've got a better deal...so now you're in denial and being an asshat to entire forum full of people that have been here longer than you.

Notice how there are more people that have been here for years, are active on the forums and are saying that you could've gotten a better deal? We're all retarded and got screwed? GTFO, ruh-tard.

OP, if you think this is bad just wait until you start asking about which suspension lift you should install.
