Think about the stuff that happens when you do stuff drunk.....and naked.

Speaking of which, I heard on the news that a group of dudes broke into a guys house somewhere and stole something extremely valuable to him while he was sleeping...needless to say, the victim won't ever wake up with morning wood anymore.

Oh and they hand out over 100 condoms to each athlete at the olympics, and the athletes use those 100 and then some during the course of their stint at the games. The Japanese don't use theirs because they bukakke... :p:p

Exactly, or swinging weight around and grunting like they're having a baby.

I also despise those dudes that load up the leg press and do 4" deep reps....yea you're cool man, we all really give a shit.

I'm a pretty skinny dude, genetically I'll never be huge or push a ton of weight, but I have true respect for people who have good control and sharp form. ....anyways, rant over.....

That's perfect for my friend who happens to bench 3 plates but doesn't squat or deadlift because his body isn't "built" for that. Lol

Yes, yes you can lol bad diets force you to work harder. :p And eggs and bacon isn't bad.

And I was just thinking, a bad diet is something that is consistent. If you eat consistently poor, it's tough to out work out that. But if you cheat now and then and have some sugar, or fat, or whatever...it doesn't massively hurt anything. You yourself go to the store after a competition and stock up on all kinds of shitty ass food I rarely touch. And I think that's not good either lol!

Fat is always in my diet..it helps with fullness, digestion, micro nutrients and I'm sure much more.
I meant on a consistent basis...and I haven't done that since Oct. I learned my lesson haha. Too much to work off. I like keeping my abs and full muscle bellies.

Just a bunch of old crap
Week 5 of Insanity for me. Had to re-do week 4 because I sprained my right ankle and took 5 days off to let it heal. Back to 95% with the ankle so week 4 started again for me yesterday. Can't believe the results so far! Just like you said, you can see every muscle in your body getting toned, and I feel like a machine. Dreading those last 4 weeks of max interval routines but I'm ready for it. 5 weeks of quitting smoking after 20 years, and I already feel SO much different. Never thought I would regain cardio conditioning so quickly.
