Sprayed black wheels/ bed lights/ fog light mod +yellow lens/ reverse light mod(changed to fog lights)/ 5100s x4 / under the hood lights/ driver seat flashlight holder/ bed fire ext./ next up will be some tires not sure type yet.
I put the 5100s all around with the adjustable ones in the front. The front passenger side seems to be a little bit loud. It sounds like something is hitting the wheel well when I go over even the smallest bumps. I checked everything for tightness, checked the bushings, had the front end aligned and it still does it. Do you think it could be a bad shock? I thought these things had a pretty good rep. All in all I am happy with the way the other three ride its just that one is ticking me off a little. I don't really want to break it down again cause I will have to pay $80 for another alignment. Has anyone had this problem?

Are you sure the hole for the lower bike is aligned correctly? If you had to force it to get it in, you may have it misaligned. If that's the case, when you go over a bump in the suspension drops it's binding and it makes the metal on metal sound. I had someone incorrectly install my Billies the first time around and that was the cause of the noise

I found my lower UCA bolts to be loose some time after an alignment. A metallic clunking sound was what I heard, every time the suspension would flex as I reversed into my driveway. I torqued them to spec and haven't heard a peep since.

Consel vault, grillcraft grill w/ relocation of horns, debadged, backup lights, Best Top Super Topper.
When I installed my OME new shocks and coilovers I had to force them in pretty hard. And after I had everything installed ( coilovers, shocks, UCA) It drove fine with no noise. And after I got it aligned, I would go over the smallest bumps or speed bumps and hear something sounding loose or clunking.

I've checked and tightend everything except for the LCA, which will be next. Anyone know the torque for the LCA bolts?

Also Ive seen people asking about the tie rods and bushing on the LCA. My truck is a 2011 the bushings should be almost new and nothing should have any wear on it.

Any thoughts would be very helpful! Thank You

My bad, I meant to type LCAs (had UCAs on the brain while I was typing).

From , the torque value is 100 ft-lb.
