    A+ work man! would be a pain in the A to mass produce these, but definitely have my interest built if that is an option! i have a feeling, if i were to reproduce this, my product would be no where near that quality...

    Anybody knows if there is a compagnie that sells cutout bushwackers?? i want to have more clearence in the front and it would look sick!. i might just get the grinder in there to cut them higher and cap them with a new liner inside to make it look nicer. What do you guys think about that?

    do you have a pic of the ones you made? im just trying to fing a way to have more clearence from the tire to the bottom of the front fender...right now its looks like a have no lift lol kinda sucks after all that money for the toytec ultimate kit. thx let me know when you have a chance bud.

    that's what a full set of bushwhacker flares cost... like $490.00 or so.
    Add the cost of materials & you're "500 bones deep".
    If i could find a decent manufacturing partner I'd consider mass producing them but I have not had much luck on that front. :(

    I'd be tempted to try and do this but $490 is a lot to throw away if I make mistakes and I'm scared to cut my truck incorrectly.

    I hear you. I had similar concerns... If I did not have the prior experience with plastic fabrication I would not have taken on this project at all.
    As far as cutting the truck - that gets much easier after you've done a snorkel install and hacked up the front & rear ends for custom bumpers. :eek:
