    MIAMI - A South Florida man posing as a nurse faces a manslaughter charge after deputies said he pumped unknown substances into a patient's buttocks during enhancement surgery.
    Shatarka Nuby is one of several victims who sought out the cosmetic procedure.
    Broward Sheriff's Office deputies said Oneal Morris came to her house and injected her buttocks, hips, thighs and breasts with an unknown substance. Deputies said Morris, whom Nuby knew as a cross-dresser named Dutchess, sealed the injection sites with super glue and cotton balls.
    Nuby died in March in Tallahassee. An assistant medical examiner said she suffered "massive systemic silicone migration" from the injections.
    Morris was arrested Thursday. Morris had been previously arrested multiple times in Broward and Miami-Dade counties on charges of practicing medicine without a license resulting in serious injury after several victims came forward.
    Investigators said Morris had injected patients with super glue, Fix-A-Flat, bathroom caulk and other substances.
