I know the 50T pack has a 1.5 ID and my sleeves are 1" 120 wall cromo cause I'm using 3/4" bolts. I would assume you are using 5/8"?

    Yep, 5/8" bolt.
Are the front and rear bushing the same size?

I'd call up ruffstuff. I went in and picked up 4 bushings and sleeves for my GIANT shackle pivots for like 12 bucks.

I stand corrected. I just put the calipers on the bolt. 9/16

Yeah I contemplated them, but Not exactly local. I'm in Reno.

So.. silly question, Say I decide to pull the trigger on a front LT, are my current mid travel ext travel fox coilovers capable of swapping parts to be LT coil overs?

They all look the same just longer.. so since you can swap 2.0 rears can you swap fronts?

well ok then, so if I do go that route They are 100% different and would need to be application specific.. gotcha

yeah, need new ones. your current CO's are about 6" and you'll need an 8"

and the valving is generic for each application. they'll work out of the box, but fine tuning and adjusting their valving will need to take place

    what kit you considering?

Oh well. Maybe I will have some crazy killer new stock length LCA's and have a tough ass front Mid Travel and eventually go LT in back.

If I did pull the trigger on a front LT I would go Total Chaos without a second thought.

I really like my TC UCA's and Spindle gussets and I would continue to give them my business.

They have so much R&D into the products and a few options per kit. I like it a lot.

as long as i'm building yota trucks there's no other bolt on suspension, production kit i'll buy other than TC. like you said, they've got so much time into their kits and they race what they sell to the average joe and they pick up the phone when you call and return emails.
