I've got the low growl/grinding noise in that 15 mph range and I'm getting the run around from my dealer because I'm out of warranty. This TSB is supposed to correct the problem by replacing the transmission mount to eliminate the vibration. Funny, the dealer was great to deal with until I hit 36k miles... Anyways, I've got 2 questions for you guys:
    1) If I just say f-it, and don't do anything about it, does this 'secondary driveline vibration' actually do any damage or is it just an annoying sound?

    2) Anyone purchased the parts and installed them yourself? After reading through the TSB, it seems pretty straight forward and I want to make sure I'm not missing something big with the install. Also wondering what the parts ran you.

    Pugga,
I know this is reviving an old thread, but I thought I'd answer your question (it's irritating when you post a question and no one answers you!). I just ordered the parts from Champion Toyota Gulf Freeway in Houston, TX (closest/cheapest OEM parts I could find). I paid just over $94 with shipping. The parts are listed below, and my other post on this is here.

    1. 12371-31250: Insulator, Engine Mounting, RR
    2. 90201-10033: Washer Plate, 6.5mm (two required)
    3. 91671-80820: Bolt w/ Washer, 20mm (two required)
    4. 91671-B0816: Bolt w/ Washer, 15mm (four required)

The mount is backordered and is due in to his dealership in 7-10 working days (he said Toyota is moving a lot of these right now). I'll post results in the other thread when I get it all installed.

Damn, I completely missed your post! I read through the other thread also, there's some interesting stuff with driveline vibes going on. I just asked Camelback Toyota for the part numbers for the TSB stuff and got the same list you have. $70 for the isolator and then some hardware. After reading the other thread (thanks for the link by the way), I think my vibration is further back. I don't have a bad takeoff shudder, it's the 15-20MPH vibration. I might actually give my CB drop a shot before trying the TSB.

Thanks for the help, I'll post back with the results!
