The wind noise I get is any (10mph+) head or quartering wind when I get over 45mph+. Even if it is quartering from the driver or passenger sides. I have not tried cracking windows to see if what I hear would stop.

I don't understand the double-sided tape fix. It would seem to me that it would really collect dirt in no time. Pics?

Also, if it is fixable, why is there not a TSB or something so that Toyota would fix it?

    Thanks

I told the dealer about it and they replaced the weather seal on the driver side door. BUt I still get it on windy days.

2009 Tacoma V6 SR5, got 22 000km any my oil was pretty clean when I changed it at 8 000km than the same at 16 000km, this morning I checked and it's still pretty clear after 6 000km, but I've driven it mostly on highway since september...but I ain't driving like a 90 yrs old either...snow and -35c...But I was suprised how clean the oil was when I changed it the last tow time...

first time I can see through oil when it's time for an oil change!

Have you truck checked out...unless you do some heavy city driving you're oil shouldn't be that dirty

Had the oil changed and to me it looked dirty for 3000km.Dealers response was that isn’t bad. I have seen worse. This is the second Tacoma that I bought. The 08 the oil never looked like this after 5000km. Nothing that they will do.

I have had a vibration issue coming from the facia cover over the passanger side front air bag. I had the dealer check it and they said that they put some more packing material behind the cover. Took care of the problem for a while but is back now.

    6) The manual transmission is very hard...sometimes impossible...to get into reverse. But does this randomly. Usually it slips right in there.
