Yea your right, maybe in between the toolbox and cab on the bed rail, it'll kinda be out of sight for the most part.

Cleaned out my toolbox today and organized it better, its a baby toolbox from Kobalt, way too thin metal lid takes 2 whacks to close both sides, will not ever buy one this cheaply made again, I'm thinking Tractor Supply next time. BTW I like my skinny box, its not the most skinny ones but a step under.

Yep. That'll come easy. Just need to extended the wires forgot the OEM light and mount a new light. I'll do that when I do all my other bed lights.

Not exactly today, but I replaced the driverside LBJ with Moog...

Replaced passenger side axle tube o-ring
    [IMG]

Pulled the third member to reseal and inspect. It has been leaking pretty bad since running Cliffhanger in Moab....

All pre-loads and backlash looks good! :woot:

Was going to replace the pinion seal since I thought that was leaking too, but it appears that Marlin sent me the wrong size.... Only reason I ordered from them is because I really wanted the eco-seal, but they said they don't have them for my rear but we have OEM in stock... ah well. So I re-seated the leaky one as best I could with black gasket maker instead blue RTV like I did the first time.... Also sanded down the flange where the seal sits and so far, it has helped a lot!

    Before sanding flange:

    After:

"Double" sealed the diff with permatex gasket maker 1 min cure and popped her back in. :) And not a single drop of oil leaked on the driveway last night!!! :woot:

At least I didn't have to paint.... bedliner is forgiving.
There aren't any weld seams visible, those marks are pock marks in the bondo.... I did 2 coats but couldn't get them out all the way. The can said I have to use a milder bondo to fill in the smaller stuff. :notsure: I said eff it, it doesn't have too be perfect! :p lol It looks good from a distance though.... hahahahha :anonymous: :D
