    the 11.7 acres was nice... 265 ft of waterfront... 12+ft at the shore line... Heavily wooded. Price was right... thought about wheelin... shootin... fishing.... so much to consider. Problem was long winding main drive for 5 properties, no cler responibility for repairs or who pays to have power brought in first. Also... the lot was never bwider than 300 ft... so 11.7 acres.... but 300ft wide.... silly!
    Back to the drawing board. Close... no cigar!
