    Powder coating a set of wheels would be far more durable than just using spray paint. I know a local powder coat place that is very inexpensive to use and they do great work. I have a set of grey steel rims for sale too. If they don't sell soon I may have them powder coated black and see if that gets some more attention.

    Powder coating is more durable than rattle can but it does have it's drawbacks. If you plan on wheeling your truck (read knicking up your wheels), powder coat can't be touched up. If you rattle canned them, you just scuff it up, buy another can and go to town. If you stick to road driving, powder coat is the way to go. If not, you have a decision to make.

    Sorry i meant spray painting the center caps, but I would powder coat the wheels. I think i am going to play with photoshop to see how it would look with black wheels and silver center caps.
