    I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
    I know what your talking about with the bondo mixing. If light is directly on where the cuts used to be, I can see the work, even though it's smooth. I also keep getting bondo slivers falling out from things hitting the grill on the highway. I think it takes time and patience to master the art of bondo.

    process was easy for Chris....he used the flamethrower to soften the material and the golf ball launcher to knock it all out. took the grill craft and nailed it in with his high powered nail gun:D


    by the way chis it looks very sexy!

    I bought an 8' by 4' sheet from Home Depot used for stucko. Seems to match the dimond shap on the little side triangles well.

    I used it as a guide, but made some changes. I used steel 90* angle peices to mount the grill, and a different grill material.

    Good to hear I wasnt the only one. :)
