    Based on the information previously posted in this thread, I went ahead and ordered from http://toyotapartsoutlet.com/. As stated, the company is actually Town & Country Toyota-Scion of Charlotte, NC.
    I got...
    OEM Roof Rack (PT278-35050): $207.20
    OEM Bed Divider (PT767-35051): $229.60
    Shipping: $ 2.99

    Grand Total: $439.79

    I tried working with my local dealer but they were still about $80 higher and still would have had to order it. Note to vendors: if you are not adding any value, lowest price wins.

    Everything arrived in under a week and in good shape.

    Oh, and I don't have a gap on mine :)
    (I'll update one of the install threads with pics and advice on avoiding the "gap".
