    Ummm...what?
Damn near every first gen LT rig out there is a standard shackle, mounted over the frame. As for second gens, its a mix of inverted shackles, and traditional shackles, depending on your fabricator and preferences. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a traditional shackle and SUA LT setup.

Second gens come from the factory with an inverted shackle. You can either embrace it and stick with the inverted shackle (Giant, DMZ, etc.) or ditch the inverted shackle and go for a traditional drop shackle (like username's zombie rig, happysmiley's old single cab, and our beib lookalike :rjallday: ).

looks like a chase truck, so it would need more weight capacity? :notsure:

yeah but i would think with the right leaf pack and shock valving you can have a solid sua rear that can handle the weight of a chase truck.

i agree. maybe they prioritized the front bumper over the rear lt? IIRC the SDHQ front boat bumper is a few $K alone.

Customer wanted to retain the entire bed. Some people want spring under, others dont. Like I have said before we will make suggestions but in the end we build everything to each customers requests and in this particular instance he wanted to stay spring over. That being said this truck will do just fine in the desert with the J66s and Icon 2.5 RR

Again Everything is built to each customers specs and requests, this style Tacoma bumpers just happens to be most peoples favorite. Prices go up or down depending on options but the build time on a bumper like this is a full week, if you get the chance to see one in person you will understand why. a real 1/4" 6160 skid plate, all Radius bent .120 wall 4130 tube and entirely tig welded.

We strive to sell and build only the finest products available and we encourage our customers to do things right the first time so they are not fixing and replacing things down. We bring race quality products to the daily driver which is what our customers want and is a huge reason why we have been in the business doing exactly that for the better part of 13 busy years.
