Is the GB for the stealth 6 still tracking to the 15th? Also, will the stealth-6 require new lug nuts like the f5s?

Once, I get confirmation on my shipment, I'll know the ETA on the container. This will dictate when I can start the GB deal. I'm thinking about extending this GB for 2wks just so folks have enough time to see it and decide. I will provide an update once I know more.

Yes, the Stealth 6 requires cone seat style lug nuts. Like the F-5 model, I prefer to use spline style lugs. The stock shank lugs will not work.

Cone seated lug nuts are available at many places. You can support our own forum vendor like Wheeler's Offroad. They sell both acorn and spline style lugs that will work.

We will be offering spline lugs in the future to make it more convenient, but this is a few months away.

I just got word today that the container has shipped:D.

I'm going to do the group buy for 2wks with the Stealth 6 model. It's going to start on the 8th and end on the 22nd. $660 shipped for a set of 4 within the U.S. Be ready on the 8th;).

I should have everything ready to start shipping out by the 24-25th, but please give me a buffer of 1-2 days in case of delays that's out of my control.

Damn, these are some good looking wheels man! What would the price for 6 be? No time soon but when I need new tires and If I have the extra $ for these, I would like to run them!

Ill consider ordering some F5s in matte black once its time to order new tires.
Currently running the stock size P265/75r16, wider tires wont hurt haha.
Anyone got a source for tires thatll fit the rims?

    .
I'm gonna rock some F5's in flat black myself. If you look on CL max, there's some place out in Stockton that post dozens of ads, like you can't miss 'em, I got my last set of Goodyear M+S Wranglers mounted for $700

I know nothing about tires and wheels because I'm dumb, so here is a question to further illustrate that point. Can a 285/75 fit on the F5?

As long as the tire is for a 16 inch rim it will fit. Now if you have no lift then the 285 wont fit your truck...

Alright, sweet. I thought that but then I got all confused with tire width and wheel width and confused myself. I have king's sitting in my room waiting to be installed I just need a new seat of leafs and UCA's. I'm just trying to plan out wheels and such and so far these look to be by far the best bang for the buck. Plus this dude has a sweet mustang if I remember correctly.

    Hi Cody

All of the pictures you see above all have 285/75/16 tires. As long as you have a lift, you'll be good to go. Get the CMC plates from Jerry and weld it on if you plan to go off-road the truck. When you're ready just contact me:D.

saw some similar ones on an 8 lug old 70s ford truck and thought they would look bad on a taco.

I have the CMC plates in my garage :) I'm just waiting on other parts to get here before I start stripping stuff down and cutting away.

if everything goes as planned in the next 2 weeks, i should be able to grab some stealth 6's to go with my SCS decals! hopefully the GB isn't over by then. the backspacing is about +2 over original for 1st gen's right? pushing it out farther so i don't need spacers?

i'll read some previous pages i missed out on.

You're well prepared. See you at the meet!

I love mesh wheels. I've been working on a mesh design that would look aggressive on a truck, but I haven't gotten it right yet:eek:. Eventually, it'll come through one of these days.

i hope you don't miss out on it, but just contact me when you're ready. we can work something out. the stealth 6 on a 1st will stick out about 1.7" more than stock so the money you'll save on adapters can go towards new tires.

to add since you edited your post, you won't need spacers for either model unless you really want it pass the fender. the F-5 will stick out 1" more than stock on a 1st gen.

Vin you da man. I sure hope these next 2 weeks go well so I can buy a set of your wheels.
I like both designs, but the F5 might win because I don't want to go up wheel sizes. and with the extra 1 inch, i dont need to worry about the control arm rubbing. :D
