That's fine with me but the issue still remains: everybody needs to flood the Paypal/Crazycustomcap site with dispute information. If Brendan desires to run a business he needs to step up to the plate and do it honorably. EVERYBODY needs to express their thoughts to Paypal and especially Brendan. Word of mouth or the keyboard is the surest way to affect his rep.
