Colorado B.S. Thread

Sean to answer your question, Im unfortunely unemployed. I used to be an Assistant manager on night crew, But i have a lung disease that has worsened to where i can no longer work for now. It sucks big time, So much free time i cant believe im saying this bur i miss the hell out of working! Im jealous of you guys who are getting promoted and ranking up and shit. Totally jealous! haha Well we all need to meet up for a day. Id love to meet some of you guys. The only member ive met is austin because i bought a bumper from him lol

 

Hey so I got a random question for everyone on here.

If any of you would be in a situation in which you can't find a job, and would decide to go back to school. What would you back to school for?

 

I would go to nursing school for RN or BSN.

 

Can't go wrong in IT. I'm gonna finish my degree in criminal justice with an emphasis on forinsics here in the army. I'm about 3/4 of the way through.

 

I would go back and finish a business degree so I have the darn piece of paper that employers have to see. Never mind 21 years of experience.

 

Respiratory therapist.

That would be fun but no. I only have Saturday off this week.

 

As far as going back to school... I think you have to decide if you are working to have fun working or working to have fun outside of work. Money or time off or peace of mind. I chose teaching because I wanted to have my work make a difference (or at least try to) and give me more time with my family. I won't make much money, but you can't really put a price tag on the rewards I will receive. Three months off with my whole family (my wife also teaches) and getting to try to shape our kids into more respectful people than the young youth of today.

My taco suffers though not enough cheddar for her.

 

If I did it again it would solely be for money haha!! I'd go back get a masters in business, marketing, or sales and sell pharmaceuticals or medical equipment!

 

Is that supposed to be the Cummins truck Fest? What the hell is merritt?

Yah know me and my two jeep buddies are planning a run up to central city, Do a one day trip to do some wheelin, Id love to have some Tacoma buddies riding along. Anybody interested? It would be this coming wednesday.

Yah i assumed a weekday would be harder for people to accomidate. Unfortunely its the only day my buddies get off for work.

 

I'm working this wed as we'll.

 

Maybe i can get my buddies to go sunday? Anybody free sunday? Devin? DOT?

 

Working like a dog Monday-Thursday. Working 72 hours this week.

 

Might be trying Chinawall on this coming wed with a buddy who drives a Xterra.
