Only touched on this thread early on and decided to run my mouth in another, maybe feel a bit bad now after going through it all.

That said it sounds like AP needs to get their shit together on orders before it screws up their good rep. Transition or not, the focus needs to remain on the customers buying product and right now all I'm hearing is excuses.

Now time for me a take a chill pill and relax and wait like I'm told to. The misses is telling me I'm going to come off like a real jerk on TW if I continue to run my mouth and AP just might tamper with my goods (run their junk on my stuff).

HAHA don't worry, AP will not tamper with your stuff because you've run your mouth. And to be completely honest with you (no offense intended), because 4 of your 5 posts have been about bashing AP, it almost comes off as trolling. LOL at least introduce yourself in the New Members folder :p

We hear about a lot of complaints about AP here on TW and we rarely hear good things. And even if we do hear good things, we tend to remember only the bad things. With that being said, being my post was the most recent in this thread before you posted in it, note that I've had great experiences with AP, and hopefully others would say the same.

So yes, sometimes AP does mess up, obviously as we read it on TW. But note that they also make up for their mistakes, just ask some of the people who've had problems with them. Plus, they don't shy away from coming on here and addressing some of the rants, publicly

Hopefully things get rectified for you.

I'm not talking mess ups or minor mistakes, I'm talking paying for something and not recieving what you've paid for. Not trolling, just trying to push things along and don't want to hear what I'm thinking is obvious excuses.

Are you sure you don't work for AP??? :spy:

Please don't take this as a gab at you, Dude I'm just want my truck to look like yours and hate the wait game (wait some time, get excuse, wait some more time, get slightly different excuse).

Maybe I'm just an inpatient Ahole (been told that), but the way I was raised there is no such thing as an excuse (Pops is retired military).

Now I'll take your advice and introduce myself as soon as I get a chance, back to work I go.

haha no offense taken. I don't work for AP, I don't even live an that area. I just been the beneficiary of really good service from them and it sucks that you didn't get the same.

I get your frustration, and rightfully so. You didn't get the right shit and you paid big bucks for the right shit, plain and simple.

I've read all over the forums that AP's going through that transition and they're communication is delayed right now. You can take it as an excuse, because it is, not saying that it isn't. But it is what it is, and in the end, you have to wait for A) you guys to get in communication and B) them to fix it. And until those 2 happen, there really isn't anything that can happen.

Again, sorry for your shitty experience, I just want to let others know that this isn't always the case with them. After being on TW for a while, you start to notice how many people go through them and have their gear, but all we really take notice of is those people who complain.

An excuse is something someone gives you when they're trying to dodge blame and not rectify the situation.

I give reasons. Sounds like All Pro does too. No blame dodging, just a reason to why it happens and they strive very hard to make things right. They admit when things have fucked up and the have no issue taking it on the chin like a champ.

That said, I still prefer my ARB Roo Romper over their Bumper. :p

How is the OP's commentary derogatory & defaming.. ?? Sounds like a legit complaint to me , who likes to pay for an unfinished "finished " product, just to finish up the fuckin work that should've been done during the fabrication, you more or less tried to tell the PAYING customer (OP) he's a moron for not knowing his purchase was going to require that HE finish the job for them, don't you get it ?? The OP is pissed because he was told otherwise, he paid for a finished product, was told he was getting a finished product only to get something unfinished & incomplete....

Hardly mudslinging.... Your statement of AllPro acknowledging a mistake & its intention of correcting it falls on pretty deaf ears, an INTENTION of correcting an issue is no correction at all, glad you live so close to AllPro,

I'm 10 mins. from DSMS, big deal.... If I bought something from them & it wasn't right don't think for a sec. I wouldn't be there talking to Sonny or Marco about my issue, look dude, this isn't the first time AllPro has been sketchy on customer service, as a matter of fact its their customer service that has been their own undoing, I don't hear anyone bitching about the prices & generally their products are also good, its just the same ,irritating customer service I hear most everyone who has a complaint with them bitch about....

    OP, your complaint is legit.....

    Hi Greg... whats up ?.....

I mean Goddammit what the fuck ?? I'm sure AllPro is run by actual grown up people that can handle some neg. press from customers with a legit gripe.. They aren't the only shop that hits a wall here & there once in awhile... Last I noticed, their doors are still open for business. So all the little butt hurt trolls can go back under their rocks, I'm sure AllPro will live another day..... for Christ's sakes....
