15 minutes and new rear diff starts going in!
Depending on time and level of froggyness maybe even the front diff too...

 

Just got back from a short trip to Williamsburg and wife HATES new tires!! said there's no way were taken this to Florida :/ can't lie though they scream at 65-70

 

Haha. You get used to it. My daughter was whining 30 mins into our trip to Savannah she couldnt hear her movie over the tires.

 

Rear diff is in, can't wait until next weekend to finish everything up!

bed liner, altho the paint did crack a little bit but its not bad. looks good in person

 

Just an FYI....I purchased my Remington 870 from the BX on Langley. I got it home and a spring popped out from inside the gun...No big deal, it happens, right? I was told to call Remington because you're not allowed to bring the firearm back on base and the manufacturer has to deal with any issues after the purchase. I looked through the diagram and figured out what the spring likely was. I thought about trying to disassemble and figure out where it went but didn't want to risk something else being missing and me not realizing it.

I called Remington and they had a new trigger assembly shipped to me ASAP. I start to disassemble the gun and a sight piece FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GUN falls out from the inside of my shotgun. Not just something that was part of the gun but something that truly did not belong in it. Had I tried to fire this, god only knows what would've happened.

I went back to let the BX gun shop personnel about this and they said the guns are supposed to be disassembled and reassembled before you take it home but it must not have happened and the piece must've fallen out of the sock when they were shoving it down the barrel to clean it. They knew exactly which gun the piece had come off of because someone had just been in the day prior saying he was missing pieces. Not saying you shouldn't buy from them but I know I will never purchase another gun from them again.

On a side note, Remington was awesome to deal with. No questions asked, they sent me a whole new trigger assembly and it was at my house in 2 days.

 

Perhaps it's my background is modding scions and Lexus. One accent feels out of place. More tape, more paint. Perhaps the air duct area's to match, lower control panay for the hvac

 

meh, i hate painting as is. and im ok how this ended up. not gonna push my luck farther with it
