    I have done that before it is considered a consentual encounter. No different than anybody going out to anyone else in talking to them. But......I will admit I have walked up to plenty of nice trucks and talk to their owners. Nobody really ever seems to mind. I definitely would not be 1 of those that pull you over just to talk. :D
