I'm starting to think I need to sell all my stuff and get a 1/5th scale or something... I'm the kind of person that needs some variety

Indeed. I think I just have too many hobbies to really enjoy one fully, well, other than the taco....

A buddy with a emaxx bought a proline f650 body, ups crushed the box and it damaged the passenger rear corner of the body. He is getting a new one and gave me the damaged one, after trimming it to fit my 1/8 scale, its hardly notiable, so I painted it black and threw on the decals :D

Its far from perfect but i trimmed it and painted it this morning..

I just sort of switch back and forth now, really. I've got the hang of it well enough to fly in some decent wind.

Do those tires actually compress enough to grab well? They seem like they'd be pretty darn solid.

Hey guys, first post in this thread.
Me and my dad got this car about 10 or 11 years ago and it hasn't been run in about 7 years. It's a Traxxas Nitro 4Tec with the 3.3, AWD. It was a lot of fun when we first got it and I'm working on getting it going again. It needs a new air filter, batteries and fuel. After that it should be good to go!

Thats the regular TRX .15 engine, the 3.3 has a much larger cooling head.

Before you start it up, put a few drop of Nitro in the carb and inside the piston to lube everything up. Replace all fuel lines as they have probably deteriorated by now.

Agree with all that's been said here.

I have the T-Maxx with the TRX .15 engine and it is identical to the one pictured.

    Great engine!

I picked this one off a forum for $80, guy bought it thinking it was a 1/10 scale.. I think most hobby stores sell it for $149 new. It has a full 4 link suspension, locked front and rear, soilid axles with worm gear drive :D

Heres a few more of it compared to my 1/8 crawler and a stock scx10..
