How is the otto navi working for you? I think your the first person I've seen that has actually installed one of the OEM looking nav units in their truck. I've wanted one but could never find any reviews on them.

It's been ok so far, there's been some stuff I would have liked that the unit does not do. And I did run into some issue with the GPS once freezing. But it's been working. Here is my previous review:

not sure now, from what I've read in the mid travel thread, guess I'll have to go Shock hoops? I was just going to get custom built kings with the travel I needed.

Very nice. Beat me to the punch on this. Got one going on in a few weeks.

Edit: You sure you're not topping those shocks out at full stuff? I read on page one they're 12" travel. What kind of rear end travel did you have with the shocks off?

At full stuff the shocks is maxed out. Unfortunately we didn't get before measurements that I remember.

    :(

On my rig with the ATO shackle flip, shocks off, I measured just over 13" of travel at the stock shock eyelets. I was fully stuffed on one side, and the drooped wheel was off the ground. Travel will of course change depending on how far inboard or outboard on the axle you mount the shock. Then of course there's angle mounting as well.

If you moved those shocks inboard of the frame, you probably wouldn't top them out at full stuff.

Since the cat's already out of the back in my last post: ATO and I are going to be stuffing 15in travel shocks under my rig at the end of august. Similar to the setup you have here, but slightly different. Looking forward to comparing notes :)

You could keep from beating your shocks up too much by increasing the height of your bumpstops a little. Save some $$.

If you plan on longer shackles at all get those in first before you buy longer bumps. I am thinking of going this direction. Once i have them dialed in I am going to cut off the excess rear holes on the bracket so the shackle will compress all the way up to the frame essentially. This will reduce some of the negative arch and should (theoretically) reduce the size bump stop I need to get. With any luck I might even be able to leave the factory stop on the top of the U Bolt Flip but I am doubting that.
