so I broke Jen's truck tonight...

With the bumper still under construction, the tranny line that feeds to the cooler was zip tied temporarily underneath the fan shroud since we cut off the stock bumper crush bar cross-member.

Over the past few weeks, or maybe even today, the tranny oil line found its way into the fan shroud, and around 7:30 pm today while I was driving around with Anthony250, the oil line blew and sprayed tranny fluid everywhere.

We immediately pulled over, and ATF fluid was gushing out of the engine compartment because the fan had sprayed it everywhere. We didnt want to drive it anywhere, so Tony ran to his house and came back with his truck, tow strap, and tools. We unbolted the driveshaft at the 3rd member, strapped it to the frame, towed the truck back to his house. Once there, we took off the bad line and raced over to Autozone right before they closed. Got the new line, went back, changed the line, drained the tranny, refilled the tranny, and re-installed the driveshaft.

We remounted the tranny line somewhere farther away from the fan shroud, and Tony followed me home to make sure it was all good.

Truck broke right before 8pm, and we had it fixed and running by 10pm. That is definitely Chase crew team work since Tony and I both chase for Engage :D

    The broken hose:
