    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(
Wow, how does that even happen?

I keep regular contact with a guy running a Hammer'd Yeti, and he's had nothing but good feedback to report even after a year later. I'll have to pick his brain on this topic...

Yeah I'm not trying to rain on your new products man, I like the Hammerschmidt myself and have thought about getting one. I'm just saying what happened to a friend of mine with his...twice. I will say, he is the only person I have seen this happen too. But, he is an ex-racer and very talented rider, with exceptional mechanic skills so it's not like he did something wrong with the cranks. Just very weird that it happened twice. He doesn't even understand why, just gave up on them after the second occurance...

He did say that they were hella sweet to ride though! :)

No not even, all good! In case something does go awry on this Hammer that's getting installed, I won't feel so bad since I paid almost less than half of full retail for just the crankset alone for the crank, bb, and shifter together lol.

Good, solid group of friends/family today...

for those familiar with SLO trails, this is at the top of West Cuesta Grade. Rode Shooters, Elevators, and Yukes today. Can be slammed in 15-20 mins if you're in it to win it, but we "cruised" it so was more like 35-40mins lol. I'm BEAT!

More Syndicate Santa Cruz bikes than "regular" Santa Cruz bikes today :D

I rode my "MAFIA" black and gold Nomad haha...I let my cousin ride my Syndicate(well, his old bike) V-10.

Went for a ride yesterday afternoon. Little loop in one of the local open space preserves. Nice views. Little up and down-and a good chance of seeing wildlife (including hikers and other riders).

Got a GoPro wireless remote. Charged everything up and dammit if the battery wasn't dead 10 shots into my ride. POS-well, to be fair it was probably my fault :D

Got my replacement wheel today. Its a Bontrager Rhythm Comp rim/hub. Anybody have any experience with them specifically the hub/freehub body? I'm guessing they will be better than the old duster rim/shimano hub

I have Bontragers on my old Zaskar. Noisy as hell. But otherwise, decent enough.

I live up here in Truckee and have been Downhill biking for a few years. Haven't been to Northstar yet this year but plan to soon hopefully. The mountain next to Northstar actually has some great riding so I've been going there since it's free haha

Ya I've only done the ones off Zephyr because Vista was closed last year. I love livewire though! Hopefully I can just get a day pass pretty soon here
