    Congrats Randy!

Hopefully I'll be the next local getting a house; getting a little tired of apartment living and dealing with the annoying neighbors around us.

    Thanks Eric.
We went out to inspect it and found out it had no AC . Time to renegotiate with the seller.

Our current house will be going on the market soon. :D

Buying from the builder and he is ether going to have it installed, drop the price or keep the house.

No. Only one in the development without AC. It's plumbed & powered but no unit.
We've already met but yes you are welcome to come over for a BBQ.

LOL well next time I'm out in Fernley I'll have to drop by if you get the place. That'll work out much nicer for your commute, and I kinda like Fernley, or at least I like being out of Reno.

So he must drive something with a bench seat and one leg on each side of the transmission.

I haven't opened it up yet. I drove the absolute piss out of it this weekend. Drove down to Pismo with the family and towed the taco down. I noticed the axle housing is now smiling at me. It's in the shape of a U instead of strait. Oh well...kept running it the rest of the weekend. I had a trailer to tow it back with.
Loaded it on the trailer, towed it home, pulled it off the trailer without issues. Drove to the store for shits and giggles and turned a corner and heard a bang. Stopped and looked underneath real quick. Put it in first gear, and well....the video says the rest.
I drove home on the front two [IMG]

Try engaging your locker and see what happens. Especially if you can do it in 2hi.
