x2...don't think I could do that. I have a hard time going 2hrs before my legs go numb.

And to make matters worse I have seen a huge increase in the number of bike deaths b/c idiot drivers not paying attention.

Has anyone checked out the Class VI roads near Pawtackaway State Park? Was up there this weekend rock climbing, unfortunately I didn't take the truck otherwise I would have checked some of them out (nice water crossing).

No big insurance check? Or are you going with the hybrid style bumpers?

Now I'm getting fucked over . The guy is claiming I hit him etcetc .
I tried to obtain the video tapes from the gas station but they said where we were wasn't caught on tape . It's my own fault I should of called the cops . But I was just wanted to get home because of the long ride . They won't accept deb being a witness because she was my passenger . So now I'm just going to let the body shop fix it and deal with the hike in insurance . Pretty pissed about it . I might have to pay that guy a visit down the line . Make him have a bad day .

Dude don't go through the insurance. Drop the claim, buy the parts from me and have a shop do the work. It will cost the same or less than your deductible and you won't have any surcharges on your insurance for the next seven years.

When i spoke to John they were saying it was a 50/50. I don't really know for certain how it works but if that is the determination it is called a no fault and wouldn't have a surcharge if he didn't proceed with his own claim as each individuals insurance would be responsible there own car. At least that's the way I understand it.:)

I haven't touched it. Jacob woke up as soon as I got home. The only thing I got done was open the camper. Then it was back inside to watch "baby shows". That's what he calls the shows on Nick Jr. :)
I guess it's gonna get expensive for me as i can't do it tonight either, off to a Paw Sow game.
