    They had me all set to go. All the roots (or so they thought) were drilled out. They were just taking the final set of x-rays to send to my normal dentist when she noticed it and so then they went back in to find the other root. I"m really surprised that it doesn't hurt right now.

    I still have a slight cold. Had to take Erica to the urgent care yesterday. She broke out in hive like itchy bumps. Turns out she had a "cold" called the Coxsackie virus. It either shows as a regular cold or as these bumps. Very very odd...
    Mine was about 12 years ago that the first one was done. Then, they re did it, but missed the extra root AGAIN. Had to get fixed a 3rd time, which was the one where they went through the gums. Most painful procedure I have ever had done.

    She seems to know what she's doing so i'm pretty sure she will get them all.

    no pain meds as 4 of the roots have already been drilled out so there are no more nerves. I have to take Ibuprofin for 3 days to help with the inflamation.

    I sure hope so too. I havent' really been able to chew on my left side for 2 years.

    Bummer on the botched up root canal, they are bad enough when there is no complications. I've had 2 so far, one was OK, one I still can feel when I drink something cold.
