Cab mount chop

FWIW- Can't find them on the 2012, it's flush unlike FJ's I've seen. Can anybody confirm this?

 

Your cab mount is there I've done a chop on a 2012 it's the same as the older trucks.

Personally, I have never rubbed the cab mount with my tires. They are 285/75/16 Fierce MT wrapped on ProComp 7089. Ive done excessive offroading at the races getting to broke cars. My flares on the other hand ...

 

I did the chop on my truck. But my tools and machine are back home in Louisiana. But if you have a machine I can do it

 

Just did some medium wheeling with my 255/85/16s and had some flair rubbing.
Trimed the flairs and ordered some fill in pieces from BAMF.
I have a little wire feed but I do not consider myself a welder by any means.
I will give it a go on my truck but would never try it on someone elses.
